Scheduling

• Dispatch will schedule your appointment at the time convenient to you within our hours of operation.

Usually a meeting is set for a 2 hour window, it is very important for us to give our technician flexibility if the job before you requires more time. (you will get the same care & attention!)

• Upon Arrival the technician will inspect the job surroundings and ease of access to ensure the job can be done right.

•   When scheduled for, or requested at arrival technician will go through and inspect all the components and condition of the services we provide.  

•   To ensure we work within your budget,  We itemize the scope of work based on urgency, and everything is discussed beforehand.  

 When the coast is clear and everyone smiles, we go right ahead and start working. 

• Once the job is done, Dr. Ducts will greatly appreciate you to give us your rating and review online.
